We only let properties that we would be prepared to live in ourselves. Our homes are refurbished to a high standard and kept that way.

We aim to match market price rents in traditionally low rent areas. We will do our best to avoid rent increases. We only work with lettings agents who operate an ethical fee structure.

We use two local and highly recommended lettings agents in Hull to manage our property maintenance and repairs. They are responsive and professional.
