Our partnership with Ultralets began in 2017 as we expanded our property portfolio. Ultralets, headed by local man Spencer Wood, are one of the most professional lettings agents in Hull.

They are audited annually by NALS, the National Approved Letting Scheme. They also operate an online repair request system which logs all repairs and enables more effective communication with tenants and repair tracking.

Deposit Protection Schemes

Both our partners keep our tenants' deposits in recognised deposit protection schemes. We always behave ethically with deposits and only withold the minimum necessary to pay for excessive and unreasonable levels of wear and tear. Ideally, we don't have to withold anything when the property is looked after.
